Expertise France called upon Lalicorn for its expertise to create a striking documentary about how l’Initiative helps with healthcare access for the vulnerable populations living on the Myanmar / Thai border.

Background

Expertise France, through the l’Initiative programme, supports essential health projects on the Thailand-Myanmar border, in difficult to reach areas, particularly for refugees, migrants, and undocumented populations. This documentary highlights the impact of the programme, with organizations like SMRU and M-Fund, which provide vital medical services.

Challenge

The main challenge was to create an engaging and coherent documentary capable of effectively conveying their message.

The content had to combine informative rigor and emotional engagement while respecting the dignity of the beneficiaries.

Another difficulty was the integration of lengthy texts, which were mandatory, without making viewing too cumbersome.

Result

Lalicorn’s work resulted in content highly praised by l’Initiative and the Expertise France teams.

A series of short formats, including 3 cutdowns and 1 teaser, enabled them to communicate effectively on their social networks.
