KATAPULT

Art Fund

The Katapult Art Fund’s mission is to support art projects, organize exhibitions, and bring emerging artists into contact with influential figures from the contemporary art world.

At Lalicorn, we are dedicated art enthusiasts.

WORKs

The Katapult Art Fund aims to establish itself as a cutting-edge private fund with a robust digital
strategy.

The Fund had already events and achievements to claim, but no communication strategy or identity apart from its logo and an almost empty website.

Lalicorn’s team was excited from day one by the challenge and dedicated its efforts to take the Fund to new heights.

Our first goal was to create a bold artistic direction that clearly articulates their values while securing a distinctive style that followers will spot easily in their feed.

From there we developed a comprehensive social media strategy, including the creation and animation of the Fund’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels and the production of content from their events with photos, videos and short articles.

EVENTS

In 2020, the Katapult Art Fund hosted its first large-scale event at the Artorama Marseille Art Fair, “Si nous n’avions pas vu les étoiles” that translates to “If we had not seen the stars”.

The exhibition presented works by 26 emerging artists, including internationally renowned figures such as Julien Creuzet, Anastasia Bay, and Neïl Beloufa.

Lalicorn ensured a strong presence both online and offline.

The following year, for their next major event at “The rencontres d’Arles” Lalicorn additionally participated in the planning and execution of the Fund’s exhibition: “Scrollophage.”

PARTNERSHIP

In 2022, the Katapult Art Fund announced a strategic partnership with Lalicorn in Asia to bring artists from Nantes and Bangkok together through artist residencies.
With this partnership, our clients have access to the expertise and networks of international artists. For example, in 2023, the French Embassy in Thailand reached out to Lalicorn to participate in the “Year of Innovation”.
